Ardan Harri

L’expression de notre terroir au cœur de l’appellation Irouléguy

A Vineyard Rooted in its Terroir

Located in Lasse, in the southern part of the Irouléguy appellation, nestled in the mountains,

lour vines were planted between 2008 and 2010 over a total area of 1.3 hectares.

Our vineyard benefits from a mountain climate and the freshness provided by the nearby river..

The first vinifications were carried out in 2015.

Wine is Made in the Vineyard…

A four-handed composition

Our vineyard, facing southeast, is planted at 10,000 vines per hectare, following the slope of the land. It requires meticulous manual work. We cultivate both Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng grape varieties.

Attuned to nature and lunar cycles, we guide the vines to express themselves as fully as possible.

Biodynamic practices also help us enhance the terroir, bringing balance and depth to our grapes.

One Terroir, One Wine!

The harvest date – the key to happiness!

Ardan Harri, our white wine, is the humble fruit of our vineyard’s hard work.

Nous essayons chaque année de pousser les maturités le plus loin possible avec patience. Les vendanges, manuelles, se déroulent sur deux matinées, le plus souvent fin octobre.

All the grapes are fermented together to produce a unique juice.

The wine is then aged for a year in stainless steel tanks, an egg-shaped concrete vat, and a barrel.

After bottling, it continues to mature in the bottle for another year.
