A New Expression of Terroir

Located in Lasse, nestled in the mountains,

the creation of our tea garden began in 2021, and we continue to expand our plantation each year. 

Our tea plants benefit from a mountain climate, the freshness and humidity provided by the river, and fertile soil. 

 Our first harvests took place in spring 2024.

A four-handed composition

Planted at 14,000 plants per hectare, following the natural contours of the land, all work is done by hand.  

It took three years for our first plants to be mature enough to offer their first buds.

Our tea plants are grown from seed, ensuring great diversity both in the field and in the cup.

The Infusion of a Terroir…

…In Green and Black!

Harvesting is done exclusively by hand. Depending on the growth stage, we pick one bud and one to two leaves.

The first mornings of harvest are dedicated to green tea production. Then, depending on weather conditions, we may choose to produce either black or green tea. For black tea production, we ensure the leaves wither naturally outdoors.

Each day’s harvest is processed and packaged separately, resulting in a unique batch. We have chosen not to blend different batches, allowing each tea to reflect our terroir at a precise moment in time—an "instant-tea"!
